Meet Blackbird's newest in-house designed jean, the Hazlewood in Japanese Nep Denim. This denim has neps in it which cause a slightly uneven texture and little white dots throughout.

This jean was inspired by Ballard bar Hazlewood (think Lee Hazlewood) and its owner Drew Church. A few years ago, Drew created a Blackbird cocktail which contains squid ink and remains a staple drink to-date. Hazlewood is about the size of a postage stamp and generally where you will find the Blackbird gang and our favorite customers sipping old-timey inspired creations.

MADE IN U.S.A., 5-Pocket jean, raw 13oz Japanese Nep denim in extra dark indigo, dirty dark brown/gold stitching, all black unbranded hardware, extra tough over-stitched belt loops, chain-stitched hem in varied lengths sizes: 29 - 36 (32 and 34 lengths) Sizing recommendations: Fits true to size. Size down if you prefer a slimmer fit. If you are familiar with the Hazlewood, these have a more straight leg.
