All packages are sent with signature required and tracking numbers will be provided. Customer is responsible for any additional charges on rejected packages.
Overnight Shipping
ONLY ORDERS SUBMITTED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, BEFORE 3PM PST, CAN BE SENT OVER NIGHT. AN ADDITIONAL $65 FEE WILL BE ADDED TO OUR NORMAL FLAT-RATE SHIPPING CHARGES TO PROCESS YOUR OVER NIGHT DELIVERY.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to nearly anywhere USPS services. Rates are calculated on the site at time of checkout. Blackbird is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Fragrance may not be shipped internationally.
Tracking Numbers
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. Blackbird only ships packages Monday through Friday.
Returns
Blackbird will gladly accept returns for items within 14 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have their original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. ITEMS SOLD AT A DISCOUNT ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

To send back goods, please email info@blackbirdballard.com for a return authorization number.

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Blackbird will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Blackbird Returns Office.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation.

RESTOCKING FEE
YOUR RETURN MAY BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE, APPLIED AT OUR DISCRETION, OF UP TO 20% OF THE COST OF THE GOODS BEING RETURNED. WHEN REQUIRED THIS IS NECESSARY TO COVER CREDIT CARD-TRANSACTION FEES AND OTHER COSTS INCURRED DURING PROCESSESING.

Price Adjustments
If within 7 days of purchase Blackbird discounts an item from regular retail price, we are happy to provide a price adjustment to our customers. Special promotions are exempt from price adjustments. Email us at info@blackbirdballard.com. All sales are final on items that receive a price adjustment.
