This boat necked slightly oversized tee shirt shows a particularly rad rusted gold discharge print throughout the body. There is a seam in the center of the back that accentuates the print's randomness (one side of the seam is completely different than the other). Signature Siki Im triangle pocket on left front of the tee is subtle and singular. The bottom of the tee is rounded and side seams are slightly slanted. 100% cotton, made in the U.S.A.
Born in Cologne, Germany, he moved to the UK and studied architecture at Oxford. After working as an architect in various cities around the world, he started his career in fashion in New York City and was Senior Designer for both Karl Lagerfeld and Helmut Lang.
In September 2009, Siki Im introduced his first solo collection which won him the prestigious Ecco Domani Award for Best Men's Wear in 2010. In 2011, Siki Im was awarded the Samsung Design & Fashion Fund. Currently, he is also the Senior Concept Teacher at Parsons School of Design and his collection is sold worldwide. |
