All packages are sent with signature required and tracking numbers will be provided. Customer is responsible for any additional charges on rejected packages.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to nearly anywhere USPS services. Rates are calculated on the site at time of checkout. Blackbird is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Fragrance may not be shipped internationally.
Tracking Numbers
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. Blackbird only ships packages Monday through Friday.
Returns
Blackbird will gladly accept returns for items within 14 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have their original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Items sold for a discount of 30% off or greater are considered “as is” and are not eligible for return.

To send back goods, please email info@blackbirdballard.com for a return authorization number.

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Blackbird will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Blackbird Returns Office.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation.

Pre-orders
Due to high demand, some items are available to pre-order before they have actually been received at Blackbird. Pre-orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Blackbird reserves the right to adjust retail prices up to 10% based on actual customs, delivery charges and currency exchange rates on imported goods. Once items arrive you will be notified via email and will have 7 days to pay the balance due. If the balance is not paid the 50% deposit is forfeited and the item(s) will be sold to the general public.

Price Adjustments
If within 7 days of purchase Blackbird discounts an item from regular retail price, we are happy to provide a price adjustment to our customers. Special promotions are exempt from price adjustments. Email us at info@blackbirdballard.com. All sales are final on items that receive a price adjustment.
